This is the little flat fish that is giving an endangered species a ray of hope.<br />
<br />
Undulate rays, once abundant in the English Channel, have become so scarce in recent years due to over-fishing that it is illegal to catch and take away from EU waters.<br />
<br />
Now a new baby has hatched at a SeaLife centre in Brighton as part of a breeding programme.
