Arabella Lewis-Smith of Poole based PR firm Salad picked up the bill for her 20 staff to fly to Madrid for a weekend away as their Christmas party.<br />

The founder of creative agency Salad Creative in Poole, Dorset, paid £5,000 for Easyjet flights from London Gatwick to Madrid, their AirBnB accommodation in central Madrid for two nights and two boozy dinners out.<br />

The 42 year-old, who founded the business 16 years ago, said she wanted to reward her staff for a bumper year when they had secured major contracts.
