The simple suit jacket that Beatles drummer Ringo Starr wore in the Fab Four's hit film Help! has gone on sale for a staggering £35,000 50 years after its release.
Ringo donned the double-breasted black wool jacket in a pivotal scene in the 1965 movie, a comedy adventure following the Beatles as they battled an evil occult.
The jacket, made by Beatles tailors D.A. Millings & Sons, was gifted by Ringo's parents Elsie and Harry to family friends in the late 1960s after they visited them at their home in Liverpool.
The jacket is now tipped to fetch a massive $50,000 - around £35,000 - when it goes under the hammer at RR Auction in Boston, US, on July 23.
