And called Declan MacGabhann of the Sea Fisheries Protection Authority...Declan said 'This is only Scorpaena scrofa fish ever caught in the waters around the British Isles since records began in the 19th century. There have been a handful of reports of its smaller cousin Scorpaena porcus but very rarely. the seas are definately getting warmer and we can expect more of these exotic species to appear'...The unique specimen is now the star exhibit at the Dingle Oceanworld Aquarium.
