Luxury university accommodation has been unveiled at a seaside resort - and it is a far cry from the traditional grotty student digs.<br />

The lavish new development in Bournemouth, Dorset, has 101 rooms that come with an en suite bathroom, kitchen and study area.<br />
<br />
Some of the suites, that resemble high end hotel rooms, even have sea views.<br />
<br />
The building also has its own fitness suite, on-site cinema, communal lounge, games room and even a private 'dinner party' room. A karaoke room is also planned to be built.
