Wine lovers are celebrating after a device was invented that promises to keep plonk fresh for up to three weeks after it has been opened.

As soon as wine comes into contact with oxygen it starts to spoil, and the contents of many a bottle has been thrown away after it went off before it could be drunk.
But British brothers Maurice and Tom Gonsalves say their nifty creation, called Wine Squirrel, allows drinkers to enjoy one or two glasses at a time by creating an airtight seal over the wine, thus putting an end to wasted wine for good.
