Disgraced Rolf Harris is set to profit from the controversial sale of one of his original paintings even though it has plummeted in value since his conviction for child sex offences.

The large oil painting called 'Outback Scene' was bought by its current owner for £14,000 in 2004. Experts have valued it at £5,000 to £10,000.
If it does sell it will be subject to Artist's Resale Rights (ARR) which awards the artist of an original painting that sells at auction 4 per cent of the sale price.
