A tiny empty beach hut on one of Britain's best beaches has gone on the market for £60,000 - a whopping £2,500 per square foot.

The colourful 6ft by 4ft wooden hut has no services, a five-minute walk to the nearest toilet and the new owners can only use it during the day, not for overnight stays.
But while the price tag might seem steep for the shed-like property, its place on the beach at Wells-next-the-Sea, Norfolk, makes it a valuable investment.
