The mural was painted in February 2012 with the help of the Community Police, Felix Road Adventure Playground and a local artist called 3rd Eye.
This two-bed end of terrace house could be worth up to £1m because the wall of its attached garage bears a hidden original Banksy artwork.
The mysterious street artist painted the image of a monkey jumping on a detonator in 1999 when a friend lived at the hum-drum property in Bristol.
But a year later the work was painted over in magnolia by a local resident because the monkey was scaring his young children.
Over the years paint has peeled off to reveal small parts of the work which is called Slick on Brick and has been recognised as an early Banksy.
Owner Christine Prior, who bought the house in 2000 and later commissioned a mural cartoon to be painted on the wall, has now put it up for sale with a guide price of between £250,000 to £300,000.
