The interior of the fort needs a lot of work.
An old fort that was built to keep out unwanted visitors has gone up for sale and could make the perfect home for the most anti-social person.
Fort Richmond on Guernsey has lain empty for more than 30 years but has recently been granted planning permission to turn it into residential use for the first time.
After splashing out £2m for it, the new owner will then have to spend hundreds of thousands of pounds converting the inside into a luxury five bedroom house with 5000sq ft floorspace.
