A council is clamping down on 'surfing vans' permanently parked on the millionaires' row of Sandbanks following complaints from wealthy residents they are ruining the views.<br />

The waters surrounding the exclusive peninsula in Poole Harbour, Dorset, are hugely popular with windsurfers, kite surfers and stand up paddle-boarders.<br />
<br />
Several 'surf schools' that operate out of a fleet of vans and trailers have taken up almost-permanent residence on Shore Road, Sandbanks.<br />
<br />
The local authority is now restricting the amount of time they are allowed to park.
