Aptly titled 'The British Phonebox', the book primarily focuses on the ubiquitous design that's as emblematic to Britain as the black cab, double decker bus and Houses of Parliament.
Equally interesting are the early chapters, which detail the phonebox's humble 19th century beginnings and the final ones, that bemoan their dwindling numbers
The 96 page paperback, jointly authored by friends Nigel Linge and Andy Sutton, is published by Amberley and costs £13.49.
