Tim with the finished product in front of his collection of cricket bats
Master bat maker Tim Keeley is putting the finishing touches to his beautifully hand-crafted pieces of willow ahead of the forthcoming cricket season.
Tim, 62, has made almost half a million bats since starting out as an apprentice at Gray Nicholls aged 16 in 1975.
He is the founder of family business Keeley Cricket, in Battle, East Sussex, which he runs with his brother Nick who has 35 years of bat-making experience.
