Luxury university accommodation has been unveiled at a seaside resort - and it is a far cry from the traditional grotty student digs.

The lavish new development in Bournemouth, Dorset, has 101 rooms that come with an en suite bathroom, kitchen and study area.

Some of the suites, that resemble high end hotel rooms, even have sea views.

Luxury university accommodation has been unveiled at a seaside resort - and it is a far cry from the traditional grotty student digs.

The lavish new development in Bournemouth, Dorset, has 101 rooms that come with an en suite bathroom, kitchen and study area.

Some of the suites, that resemble high end hotel rooms, even have sea views.

The building also has its own fitness suite, on-site cinema, communal lounge, games room and even a private 'dinner party' room. A karaoke room is also planned to be built.
