Hundreds of cows in the New Forest are having their horns removed following a worrying rise in cattle attacks on dog walkers.<br />
<br />
While many owners are agreeing to dehorn their livestock to reduce the risk of serious injury to the public, others object and compare it to 'going into the jungle to remove the claws from a tiger.'<br />
<br />
They blame a 'decline in sensible behaviour among forest users' for the increase in the attacks.
