Britain's only professional ten-pin bowler has won her first ever title after the pandemic forced her to train in her parents' hallway.

Verity Crawley had to return to the UK after her American athlete's visa was unexpectedly denied in January this year.
The 26-year-old resorted to padding her parents' 10ft long hallway with pillows and cushions so she could train every day as bowling alleys were shut during lockdown.
