A timewarp home that has been lived in by the same family for more than a century has gone on sale for the first time since being built.

At the time the property was built, King Edward VII was on the throne and the First World War had not even started.

The property is being sold for £550,000 under probate by the original builder’s three grandchildren, who were born in the Victorian-style house.

The two-bedroomed home is in the Surrey town of Haslemere and belonged to the Berry family, who decided to sell after the death of their parents, Freda and Leslie.
