£600,000 Dino sale...

Kate Diment from Summer Place Auctions in Billingshurst West Sussex dusts off the enormous Diplodocus longus skeleton that is the first of its kind to be aucioned in Europe.

Unlike the famous Diplodocus in the Natural History Museum in London, this 150 million year old specimen is not a copy. Its huge frame was unearthed by two children in a disused quarry in Wyoming three years ago.

However potential buyers might struggle to find somewhere in their homes to put the 56 foot long dinosaur.
