Seventh heaven - A blasphemous 400-year-old bible containing a naughty typo in the Ten Commandments urging people to have affairs has sold for £31,250 at London auction house Bonhams.

The holy book is one of just a handful remaining copies that were printed in 1631 with a shocking error in it - the Seventh Commandment is missing the word 'not', instead stating 'thou shalt commit adultery'.

It is not known whether the mistake was a genuine error by publishers Robert Barker and Martin Lucas, the Royal printers, or if it was an act of sabotage by a rival.
Only nine copes of the controversial bible, known as the Sinner's Bible or the Wicked Bible, exist today making it incredibly sought after by collectors.
