Dwight D Eisenhower’s Total Cease Fire Order, given on 7th May 1945 following the German surrender.
The final Allied intelligence message of World War Two that reports 'no enemy left to defeat' has emerged 70 years on along with an historic telex announcing the German surrender.

The secret message was from the Cipher Office and dated May 8, 1945. The copy of the telex message sent from Dwight D Eisenhower to three million Allied troops was sent on the same day.
Both documents are owned by the same British collector and are to be sold by International Autograph Auctions later this month.
