The synthesiser used by eighties pop group Ultravox for their seminal hit Vienna has emerged for sale after being uncovered in the store room of a youth club.

The Yamaha CS-50 analogue synthesiser was donated to the Limelights' club in Poole, Dorset, by frontman Midge Ure's brother, Bobby.

It had been languishing in a cupboard for years before a youth worker recently found it.

The electric instrument, which featured the 1981 track, is now tipped to sell for £2,000.
